Select your preferred color contact lenses and ensure they match your current prescription. Please note that non-prescription lenses (+0.00) are not eligible for insurance coverage.
Receive the receipts
Enter your details and complete your secure payment. The receipt will be sent to your email after your package has been delivered.
Submit the claim
Submit the claim to your insurance provider with the receipt you received from us.
